We offer 2 functions-specific Associate Programmes – Production and Technical – across our 2 divisions, Denim and Knits (lifestyle wear, sweater, sportswear, outdoor apparel, intimate, denim and knitted fabrics). Our programmes are designed to unleash the potential of our young talents and to develop their leadership capabilities.

The total areas and population of Crystal Knits Division Vietnam are now nearly 80 ha and over 30,000 employees respectively. Our production capacity is up to 434M pieces of garment per year.

DENIM DIVISION

Crystal Denim has our first factory in Vietnam in 2016. We produce sustainable garment products in Denim.

The total areas of YDVL – Crystal Denim Division Vietnam as of early 2022 are 15.3 ha and our scale is expected to expand up to 10,000 employees in the near future.

The Associate Programme brings me a clear & fast-track career path where I am always encouraged to explore and expand my capability.

It shows me that there is no limit to what I can do, even though I was a fresh graduate with limited experience. Thanks to the opportunity to work and lead my team on the front line very early on, I gained deep understanding about Production, both in terms of technicality and people management.

Crystal International makes sure that we grow not only in terms of work, but the most important thing is that we develop as strong and well-rounded Future Leaders. We are given plenty of opportunities for overseas exposure, cross-functional training and factory-level project implementation, all of which are unique experiences that helps me gain a big picture overview of the business that I otherwise would not have.

Personally, I am grateful for becoming an associate. Joining the company 3 years ago, every moment has been absolutely valuable for me.

With a very clear and fast-tracked programme – “high way or way”, it really pushes me forward with very high concentration so that I can achieve the first big milestone after 2.5 years

Look back the path that I have been so far, I feel so privileged to have opportunities developing myself not only about technical skills but other than that is about leadership skills – it’s such a comprehensive development. Of course, during the time, there were a lot of ups and downs, but with many coaching sessions, reviews, guidance from top management I really got the chances to reflect, improve and from time to time, my mindset and maturity has been sharpened so that I can get myself ready for next challenges ahead. My aspiration to join the Crystal Associate Programme (CAP) was ignited during a conference with the participation of various garment manufacturing factories in my third year of university. Upon learning about the exceptional career development opportunities offered by the programme, I was determined to apply for CAP and pursue this path.

Attending the final round – the Assessment Center at the factory – further fuelled my enthusiasm for CAP. The environment was not only welcoming but also deeply professional, leaving a lasting impression on me. Meeting so many accomplished and talented friends here, I became even more hopeful about joining the Crystal Associate Programme.

The programme’s rotation training period further cemented my decision. I had the opportunity to engage with people from various departments and levels within the company, gain knowledge about operational processes and understand the linkage between Technical Support Center – my landing department and other departments. At my landing department, there’s an opportunity for simultaneous work and learning. I have been working on garment constructions, bonding techniques, pattern, fitting, etc. I am eager to embrace the challenges that lie ahead and truly appreciate the experiences and opportunities given by Crystal Associate Programme.

It’s hard to believe that one year has passed since I embarked on this journey. From the first day of joining this route, I knew this program was not just a simple job to make a living; it was a milestone to mark my growtha transformative experience in my life. Looking back on the last year, each day has been a new opportunity to observe, learn, adapt, and contribute to Yi Da Viet Nam. From the very beginning, I received care from the working environment to living facilities, from Top Management to aunties in the dormitory, all of which made me feel like home.

Training sessions equipped me with strong knowledge, while on-the-job experience provided me the chance to grow my strategic mindset, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Besides acquiring professional skills, the Associate Programme has enriched my personal skills, such as effective communication, time management, and leadership skills.

The one-year journey at Yi Da Viet Nam has made me feel at home. This is also a place where learning and challenges transform into opportunities. I would like to express my gratitude for the care and guidance from managers, colleagues, and everyone around.

As I still have a long way to go, I hope to continue acquiring valuable knowledge and contribute my best to the development of Crystal International Group in general and Yi Da Viet Nam in particular.
